The Palmerston nearing completion

Construction is almost complete for the mixed use development on the corner of Palmerston and Rathdowne Streets in Carlton. The tenancies on the ground floor are ready for handover with the apartments above going through the finishing touches before completion.

The majority of the external cladding has been installed and with the combination of recycled timber, tiles, steel and painted finishes, the building has stamped its own unique footprint into Carlton. The use of the recycled timber in particular is proving to be a great architectural feature.

Construction should be complete by mid-September.
