With the service station anchoring the development, two fast food tenancy drive-throughs were also designed in with a unique dual cross over drive-thru arrangement. This increases the clients economic position as well as supporting the high vehicle turnover/flow that a service station is renowned for.

The team also delivered a suspended deck design to accommodate the site restraints of overland flow and flood level restrictions. The efficient layout also makes allowance for the operational requirements and swept paths of the service station articulated fuel tanker, whilst also providing adequate space for the requirements of continuing customer trading during these periods.
