Lyndhurst Hotel Dan Murphy’s – Out to tender

Last year i2C were appointed the transformation of the iconic Lyndhurst Hotel into a boutique style Dan Murphy’s retail space.

Located on the corner of Lygon and Albion Streets in Brunswick, the expansion/refurbishment has now been approved by council and will have some unique features due to the historic nature of the existing building and large two storey voids.
